Completed in record time, DVK transformed both interior and exterior of this sporting goods chain's flagship store. Working from the ground up, DVK removed and replaced 26,000 sq. ft. of carpet and vinyl, relocated internal departments, installed new fixtures and shelving, updated fire alarm/emergency strobe systems and replaced outdated track lighting with energy-efficient T8 fluorescent luminaries. New checkout/cash register stations were configured and installed at each entrance.

The exterior was completely renovated, featuring new EIFS, accented with flagstone and brick. Entrance facades were elevated and cornice details added to create a fresh contemporary look. Standing-seam metal canopies cap the enlarged aluminum-framed windows and doors. Finally, new exterior lighting and signage were installed.

Working with MC Sports, DVK renovated the store in three phases so the store could remain open during the entire project.
