The Ridgeview Industries facility, which produces large metal parts for the auto industry, has been through multiple renovations as the business has expanded. Pictured above is the fifth addition supplied by DVK. The original building required long free-span spaces to accommodate large capacity overhead cranes. The enormous stamping presses required extensively reinforced concrete floors.

All electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems within the building are planned for expansion and easy equipment additions as the business grows. The building is designed around work flow, from incoming materials docks with overhead doors, to tool rooms, die storage, manufacturing area to truck docks for shipping finished product. The building also includes an attractive office area of 20,000 square feet of both new and renovated space.
