For Elston-Richards, one of the midwest’s leading innovators in storage and warehousing, it was time to totally renovate the interior and exterior of their existing corporate offices. To create a first-class facility, the interior was designed utilizing high-end materials and furnishings. Cherry woodwork was used to create window walls and trim details in offices and conference rooms. A creative combination of marble, ceramic and carpeting covers the floors. Richly-appointed fabric and vinyl wallcoverings provide an appropriate backdrop for the fine artwork and paintings throughout the facility.

The exterior was totally renovated, with walls refaced in brick masonry, and a new entry portico structure was built, featuring a large pyramid skylight. Site work included additional parking and new entry areas. Exposed aggregate concrete walks and extensive landscaping design were finishing touches to the creation of a world-class renovation project.
