Both the Town Square common area and cafeteria feature a unique ground concrete floor, providing a terrazzo-like appearance at dramatically lower cost. The building also includes a company store, library, gym, locker area and exercise/workout room. The office areas are trimmed in natural maple.

More than a quarter mile of roadway and utility infrastructure work preceded construction. Value Engineering and numerous expert recommendations from our "A" Team subcontractors have resulted in a flexible space for presses, welding and assembly equipment, structural capability for overhead cranes, and reinforced concrete in future press areas.
