This corporate headquarters represents The Zondervan Corporation as a world leader in religious publishing, yet also houses an extensive distribution center, which is essentially a warehouse. The building has a mixture of conventional and pre-engineered building products. The 2-story office is conventional steel and glass with an EIFS plaster exterior. The attached distribution center is pre-engineered, but by using a fascia of EIFS, it has a similar appearance to the offices. This cost-effective approach gave the entire building the look of traditional construction without the high cost.
