Chevrolet
The Berger Chevrolet project included
renovations to the new car showroom, service lounge,
break room, used car sales building, and exterior.
Interior renovations included new sales floor, ceilings,
porcelain ceramic tile throughout, and electrical,
fire protection and HVAC upgrades. Within three months
the main showroom and service lounge were completed
for year-end sales activity.
After the showroom reopened,
the main entry and exterior work continued—demolishing
existing EIFS, reframing and sheathing to prepare for the new Chevrolet-branded
metal facade.
The completely remodelled Used Car building is a perfect example of “night
and day” difference. The floor plan is more open, with new offices and
the new Chevrolet look. The former building was dark and uninviting whereas the
renovated space features bright ceramic tile, and fresh wall and ceiling finishes.
Outside, new concrete porches, ramps and aluminum railings complement the vivid
blue and silver panels.
